Lucas Cornelis van Scheppingen (try and say that 5 times fast), better known as Laidback Luke, is a Dutch/Filipino DJ known for his high energy performances and shows. Laidback Lukes first real experience with art was in The Netherlands as a young boy where he made a name for himself in the graffiti world. But of course now we know he didn’t stay on that course – fortunately. We couldn’t imagine the world without the Laidback Luke and Hardwell track Dynamo or the fan favorite Turbulence by Laidback Luke and Steve Aoki. But alas, we don’t have to imagine that barren wasteland. Laidback Luke is currently on his Musically Driven Bus Tour tour through December and, come mid-October, he’ll be in Miami Beach.
On Friday, October 18th Laidback Luke will be at STORY Miami. Being that we’re coming up on the end of the year, this show is going to be one of the few people are talking about for quite some time.
