Food and wine – who doesn’t love the two!? They go hand in hand. Knowing that, the Miami Culinary Institute has teamed up with Zonin Prosecco and Chef Adrianne Calvo of Chef Adrianne’s Restaurant & Wine Bar to bring you the Italian Culinary Experience – a tour of Italy that features wines from Castello del Poggio and Zonin Prosecco along with food pairings prepared by Chef Adrianne herself. This months event will be focusing on the Piedmont Region of Italy (large northwest portion if Italy) which is comprised of 46 DOC and 4 DOCG areas and is known for its Nebbiolo, Grignolino, Barolo, Barbaresco and Asti Spumante wines.
The event takes place on Tuesday, June 18th at the Miami Culinary Institutes Wolfson Campus from 6pm to 8pm and is an RSVP ONLY event. RSVP to PR@ZoninUSA.com to reserve you & a guest your seats!
