Finished wine is a blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Petite Sirah and 1% Cabernet Franc. Deep ruby red in color with peppery jam on the nose. This medium to full bodied cabernet provides fresh ripe blackberry, plum and blackcurrant on the palate with nuances of pepper and toast on the finish. Velvety smooth and refreshing without being overpowering. Overall very well blended wine.
