Showtek at STORY Nightclub Miami September 26th

     STORY Nightclub: On their website (which is being built at the moment) Showtek has a little blurb that says “Music is a journey, not a destination. Where are we going from here? expect the unexpected and on’t look back. Follow us to the next chapter.” A revealing look inside the minds of brothers Sjoerd and Wouter Janssen. Since 2001 Dutch EDM duo Showtek have somehow been roughhousing our eardrums with hits like “How We Do,” “Cannonball” and “We Like To Party” while touring the globe.

One noteworthy endeavor Showtek is known for was their collaboration series, dubbed “Crazy Collabs” where they worked with producers and DJ’s like Tiesto, Justin Prime, Hardwell and Bassjackers to create something slightly off the beaten path – perhaps testing the waters to see what sound they would pursue in the future. The brothers have also founded their own record label, “Skink Records” (don’t ask us what that means, we have no idea) which is licensed to Spinnin’ Records, but is not a subsidiary of the label.

And now that we think of it, not far in the near past Showtek graced Miami with their presence, and ironically at the same venue. Back during the Labor Day Weekend festivities Showtek played at STORY Nightclub exactly 4 weeks ago to the day that they are again scheduled to play at STORY. Talk about a quick turnaround time! On Friday, September 26th Showtek will be back at STORY Nightclub alongside DJ Dave Sol. General admission tickets are $30 and $40 for the ladies and gentlemen, respectively, and can be purchased by CLICKING HERE.
