Mansion Nightclub Miami: We hate saying he’s more of a producer than a DJ, because he’s not, but Mark Knight’s producing ingenuity is unparalleled in the house music genre, or any genre for that matter. In 2004 Mark Knight created Toolroom Records, a label now synonymous with releasing some of the best of the best tracks – the label was the biggest selling label on Beatport in 2009, one hell of an achievement for any label. Knight was also a Grammy Nominee for his work on the multi-platinum Black Eyed Peas album The End and had 3 of the best selling records on Beatport’s Best Sellers List a few years back. Mark Knight also has a fantastic podcast and is known for his very long sets which can be as long as 7 hours. Just a few short years after creating Toolroom Records Mark Knight actually created his own parties, much like how Luciano created his Vagabundos parties, aptly titled Toolroom Knights which made it’s debut at the infamous Ministry of Sound in London in October of 2006. And we couldn’t be more excited that he’s coming to the Magic City…
On Saturday, January 11th Mark Knight will be taking over Mansion Nightclub Miami for a night, which is something we’re perfectly okay with. The Toolroom Records creator will be taking Mansion Nightclub Miami’s “Others play house, we play mansion” motto to a whole other level on the 11th. The icing on the cake for this event?
