Fashionable First Friday at McCormick Place Miami November 1st

Miami may not be as popular as New York or L.A. when it comes to the fashion industry, but we’re not far off. Having arguably the sexiest population in the United States coming from an ever increasing number of ethnicities, we’ve got it going on down here in Miami! What’s our secret? Events like Fashionable First Friday at McCormick Place Miami that take place year round. Fashionable First Friday has a November 1st launch date and is being held at McCormick Place Miami from 6pm – 11pm and coincides with First Friday Art Walks at McCormick Place Miami.

So what is Fashionable First Friday? It’s a new take on shopping that merges shopping with fashion (duh), art, socializing and cocktails with a focus on local. Local Miamians shopping local boutiques munching on local food from infamous Miami food trucks at a local art and cultural melting pot, McCormick Place Miami. Keeping the mood right with that laidback lounge feel will be DJ Jesi Mixx while you sip on cocktails courtesy of Ron Barcelo, maker of one of the finest rums in the world. Fun fact: Ron Barcelo was name ‘Best Rum in the World’ by the Beverage Testing Institute of Chicago receiving their highest rating ever of 97 out of 100! Topping off all the greatness this event envelopes is the fact that it’s free! That’s right! It won’t cost you a penny to get in.

What brands, boutiques and designers can you expect at the first Fashionable First Friday at McCormick Place Miami? L.A. Boudoir Vintage Boutique, Cameri Bead Studio, Mayan Rose Shop, Lore Accessories, Bang Bang Jewels, BluBlua, Trinkets for D, Barbarica and The Loupe.
