The Riboff
With a name like Ribfest, there’s one thing you can expect plenty of – BBQ! Teams from all over the U.S. are converging at Ribfest for bragging rights. Categories they’re competing for are: Best ribs, best beef brisket, best chicken and best sauce. And with teams like Big Boned BBQ Co from Minnesota, Blazin’ Broncos from Ohio and Smoke & Spice in Florida it’s sure to be a tough competition – and even tougher on the judges. Entries are submitted and judged on Saturday with the results being announced on Sunday. There will also be tons of food vendors there to satisfy your BBQ craving.
Car Show
For all the car buffs and fanatics out there don’t worry! There will be dozens of world class classic cars there looking their best for everyone to enjoy. Don’t be surprised if you catch a mint 1950’s Chevrolet Bel Air in it’s classic red and white color combination or a “Plum Crazy” 1970’s Hemi Dodge Charger with all the bells and whistles. Mom’s and Dad’s, take pictures next to your high school car and bring back some memories. Kids, take pictures next to your dream car and share it with your friends!

This years Ribfest has some very special guests, including Southern rock legends Molly Hatchet and Country music sensation James Otto (Please CLICK HERE for the official schedule.) Performances are Saturday and Sunday so don’t miss out!
