Groove Cruise 2014: Since its maiden voyage in 2004, over 11,000 people have gone on, and thoroughly enjoyed, The Groove Cruise. Of course back then The Groove Cruise was just a group of 125 friends looking for a good time – now it’s 2,300 people having a great time! Groove Cruise 2014 is upon us! But this years Groove Cruise isn’t going to be your typical Groove Cruise. Why? Because 2014 marks the 10 year anniversary of The Groove Cruise!
Since this is the 10 year anniversary for Groove Cruise (and you’re lucky enough to have your tickets of course), expect the party to be more insane with more drinks, more activities, more stages, more insanity and more DJ’s playing nonstop house music for 96 hours straight! It’s the culmination of a house music lovers wet dream. Plus, you’re out on the beautiful Norwegian Pearl – a 2,394 passenger, 965 foot floating city – cruising the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. What more could you ask for?
For their 10 year anniversary Groove Cruise 2014 has some special activities lined up including a Q&A with DJ’s and Groove Cruise team members and even a DJ basketball tournament – we’re not sure which DJ’s are secretly pro basketball players, so we’re not sure how good the match-ups will be, but we’re sure it’s going to be epic regardless.
Not interested in that? No problem! Head on over to the ships luxury bowling alley with some friends or grab a bite to eat in one of the 11 restaurants on board the Norwegian Pearl. Groove Cruise 2014 will also have 4 themed parties this year! Each night has a theme, starting with a Pirates of the Caribbean party Thursday night, Superheros and Vixens on Friday night, Fetish Fun Night on Saturday night and a Fantasea themed party Sunday night. And don’t worry, there will ALWAYS be music playing from the 50+ DJ’s on any of the 9 stages on board.

Groove Cruise 2014 boasts over 50 talented DJ’s including Markus Schulz, Gareth Emery, Cosmic Gate, Deniz Koyu, EDX, Adrian Lux, John Dahlback and Sultan + Ned Shepard. Prior to setting sail on January 29th a special pool party will be held at The Clevelander from 2pm – 10pm and then from 11pm – 5am at Cameo Nightclub for those attending Groove Cruise X. The ship sets sail on Thursday, January 30th and heads to Cozumel, arriving on Saturday, February 1st – turning back to Miami on Sunday, February 2nd and arriving back into port on Monday the 3rd.
