Yoga Miami Beach

One of the wonderful things about living in such a beautiful city is the fact that there is always something going on, but sometimes you need to unwind and really find your inner peace. In his book Yoga and Vipassana : An Integrated Lifestyle, Dr. Amit Ray says “Yoga is not a religion. It is a science, science of well-being, science of youthfulness, science of integrating body, mind and soul.” And that’s exactly what it is – an avenue for people to find their bit of calm in the always moving, fast paced lifestyles many of us live now.

So turn your phones off and leave them at home on the morning of Saturday, October 19th. NuMoon Corp has put together a fantastic opportunity for veteran and novice ‘yogi’ – FREE yoga in Miami. On a secluded beach in Key Biscayne’s own Virginia Key, join NuMoon Corp and The Garden of Angels as yoga expert Kelly Larson leads the yoga class. Yoga in Miami is popular, no question about it. But where else can you do yoga in Miami that is lead by a leading expert in yoga? Kelly Larson is director of the Center for the Study of Yoga and Health, owner of Breathe into Balance, and founder of the Power Yin Yoga tradition. In layman’s terms, she knows her yoga. This is a sunrise class, so it starts promptly at 7am and continues until noon. For more information on the class, visit The Nirvana Movement Facebook event page. Since yoga is a wholistic approach to well being and is usually paired with healthy eating, a nutritional education session will also be available for all to join in. For more detailed information, please call Sharon Rouco at 786-837-4521.

Parking is a nominal cost of only $6. This is one of the only forms of revenue that goes towards keeping the area as beautiful as it is.

This event will be filmed and posted online. If possible, please wear white as it represents purity, energy and enlightenment – all vital aspects of yoga.
