Evening In Paris At Zielo Restaurant

Imagine this: You’re sitting at a beautiful, contemporary modern restaurant with friends, eating canapé di duck confi, sipping on a Mandarine imperial daisy while listening to Charles Trénets’ ‘La Mer.’

Sounds like a dream vacation right? Well, Thursday, February 7th be prepared to be dropped right into the middle of Paris, France at Zielo Restaurant in Coral Gables when you attend ‘An Evening In Paris’ – a 5 course tasting with paired cocktails for only $19 prepared by Chef Willy Hernandez and Mixologist Cesar E. Diaz.

Fiat of South Miami and Mandarine Napoléon liquor have teamed up with Zielo to bring you this wonderful tasting. Menu items for the 5 course tasting include quiche lorraine, lobster with brie and tartiflett de potato prepared by Zielo’s Executive Chef Willy Hernadez. The meals will be accompanied by drinks professional Mixologist Cesar Diaz has concocted utilizing Mandarine Napoléon liquor – an orange liquor created for Napoleon Bonaparte in late 1700’s that is comprised of aged cognac, mandarin orange peel, herbs and spices. *We’d like to point out the exact ingredients and recipe are a secret. We don’t expect any calls or hate mail from anyone…seriously.
