Allow me to start off by saying one thing: We can’t get enough of this wine. It’s a beautiful golden wheat hue, suggesting it’s a more mature wine, and it certainly lives up to it. Opening the bottle your nose fills with the aroma of a dozen fresh pears with some slight hints of ripe apple. *Note: Letting this wine aerate in the glass does it wonders.
On the palate you continue to have pear, now complimented by slight undertones of peach, making the wine very crisp and refreshing. As the wine goes down, pear fades and is replaced with a peachy mineral finish. Overall excellent wine that pairs well with salads, spicy dishes & poultry.
